3. Infections of the pregnant girl during pregnancy such as Zika virus, rubella, toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirus, chickenpox etc.

If one child is born with microcephaly, at least consult a gynecologist before having another child. Otherwise, there is a 25% chance that the second child will also have the same problem.
